Jacob Azran, Director Jacob brings over 20 years hi-tech experience to Ayehu. Prior to joining Ayehu, Jacob held senior executive positions at Orbotech Ltd., where he led multi-million dollar enterprises in Taiwan (General Manager), Hong-Kong (Vice President), Japan (Representative Director) and Europe (President of European Subsidiary). Jacob is also co-founder and former CEO of Vcodes, a software development company and service provider specializing in video content.

Robert Pincas, Director
Robert brings to Ayehu vast experience in business development and in investment management. Robert began his career at Ernst Young as Business Development Manager and then joined Delphi Information Systems as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Robert was also founder and CEO of Art of Possibility, a successful advisory services firm until 2003 when he joined MG Equity Partners as an active partner.

Avi Magid, Seed Investor
Avi founded Unicoders Ltd. in 2003 a software company with development centers in Bulgaria and Macedonia. In 2007, Unicoders Ltd. was acquired by Matrix the largest IT enterprise in Israel. Avi gained international sales and business development experience while at NICE Systems (Nasdaq: NICE) where he spent 4 years based in London as Sales Director for EMEA. Prior to joining NICE Systems, Avi was based in Germany where he led EMEA business development activities for Applied Materials.

Itai Ben-Dor, Advisory Board Member
Itai is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in the hi-tech industry. Itai served as Vice President of Marketing and International Operations at New Dimension Software (acquired by BMC Software) and gained executive experience as CEO of Tescom and then Emblaze Systems (a subsidiary of Emblaze). During his career, Itai played a crucial part in three successful IPOs for Nasdaq and AIM.

Mrs. Yael Lipman, Advisory Board Member
Yael Served as a Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Cellcom, the largest cellular operator in Israel. Prior to Cellcom, Yael held a several key executive positions at Amdocs in Israel and Sweden. Yael began her professional career in the Israel Air Force where she served in various R&D and command positions.

Dror Pockard, Advisory Board Member
Dror is a senior executive with over 25 years of international experience in the software and hi-tech industry. Dror has played leading roles in major turnarounds and M&A activities for many companies of all sizes. His executive experience includes positions as CEO at eglue Business Technologies and Telrad Networks. He has also held other leading executive and board roles for start-ups in the venture capital industry. Until 2004, Dror served at Amdocs Inc. as Offering Group President, Division President of Clarify (the CRM division of Amdocs) as well as establishing and managing the Amdocs System Integration organization. Prior to that Dror was the Managing Director of the Ernst & Young Management Consulting Office in Israel.
