Management Jacob Azran, Chairman – Jacob Azran,(BSc., MA). Chairman of the board, More than 20 years veteran in the Israeli hi-tech market, who prior to joining Ayehu was for 9 years a senior Executive in Orbotech LTD, positioned in its international subsidiaries, managing Multimillion Dollars business entities in Taiwan (General Manager), Hong-Kong (Vice President), Japan (Representative Director) and Europe as the European subsidiary president. Gabby Nizri, Co-Founder, General Manager – has extensive operational and managerial experience in the IT industry. He has played leadership roles as IT manager, professional services manager and Pre/post sale engineering manager for Infogate Online Ltd, Webmaster and Walla Communications Ltd. Israel’s leading internet portal. Yaron Levy, Co-Founder, VP Product - has been intensely involved in planning and implementing specialized, complex projects in the IT industry. He has managed pre/post sale and system engineering for Infogate Online Ltd, and served as senior system administrator at CheckPoint Software Technologies. Avi Magid, MD Sales, Advisor - Avi is one of the seed investors in Ayehu. Prior to joining Ayehu, Avi founded in 2003 Unicoders Ltd - a large software development offshore company with 2 centers in Bulgaria and Macedonia . Unicoders Ltd was acquired in the beginning of 2007 by Matrix ltd - the largest IT enterprise in Israel. Prior to that Avi was a Sales Director in Nice System a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management, t managing the entire sales organization in EMEA for more than 4 years based in the London NICE HQ. Prior to NICE Avi managed the EMEA business development organization of Applied Materials, the largest semiconductor solution provider, for more than 5 year out of Applied HQ in Germany. Itai Ben-Dor, Member of the Advisory Board– Itai has over 30 years of experience in various IT fields in executive roles in Sales and marketing, and General management. Itai was VP of Marketing and International Operations in New Dimension Software (acquired by BMC Software), CEO of Tescom and CEO of Emblaze Systems (a subsidiary of Emblaze). During his career, Itai was instrumental in 3 successful IPO’s in Nasdaq and AIM. Robert Pincas, Board Member–Robert Pincas is a partner at MG Equity Partners since 2003 previously was the founder and CEO of "Art of Possibility" advisory services firm before this worked in Ernst Young and as the VP of Delphi Software. Robert's responsibilities include corporate finance, structuring Private Equity deals and leading IPO issues, along with international activities in Central Europe. Mrs. Yael Lipman, Member of the Advisory Board– Yael Served as a VP & CIO of Cellcom - Israel's largest cellular company. Prior to Cellcom, Ms. Lipman held a variety of executive positions at Amdocs in Israel and Sweden. Her professional career started at the IAF where she served in different R&D and command positions. Ms. Lipman holds a BA in Computer Science & Economics, Bar-Ilan University, and EMBA degree from Tel-Aviv University. |
