eyeShare™ IT process management enables IT managers to design, plan and execute tasks for IT operations (planned & unplanned). The graphic UI of the IT Process Automation engine allows you to design dynamic workflows in the data center, and it runs on top of some command & control monitoring systems such HP Openview & Service desk, BMC Patrol & Remedy, IBM Tivoli, Microsoft System Center Operation Manager, and many more... Using a simple drag & Drop icon you can design a complete work, drag connectors (interface to objects), run commands, communication & notifications, assign servers or virtual ones and other parameters, setup triggers or events (policy-based Rule Engine) all via a GUI with out of the box functions that in one click get you into objects and elements that associated with ITIL processes.
You can also integrate easily with 3rd party software vendors using API’s supports SOAP/WSDL web services.
